Everything at KYNDLINGS is made just for you — no overstock, no waste, no mass production. Each item is printed to order and shipped from the facility closest to you to reduce delays and environmental impact.

*Because we are boutique design shop, shipping could potentially be charged individually for products. Each will come from the closest print-shops near you. We are aiming to improve the process at the moment. 

🛠 How It Works

  1. You place your order — we start production right away.
  2. Your item is made by one of our trusted production partners.
  3. Your package ships with a tracking link sent to your email.

This on-demand system helps us keep quality high and waste low while staying creatively independent.

🔍 Tracking & Packaging

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Most items arrive in eco-conscious, minimal packaging — no prices included, perfect for gifting.

💬 Returns & Issues

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for size or change of mind — so please double-check sizing before purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@kyndlings.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description of what went wrong

We'll make it right — with a replacement or refund if needed.

❗ Additional Notes

  • Import fees: International orders may incur customs charges depending on local laws.
  • Wrong address: We can't replace items shipped to an incorrect address — please double-check before confirming.
  • Holiday delays: Shipping may be slower during peak seasons — order early if you’re gifting!
