What Are the Kyndlings?

The Kyndlings were born from a spark — the kind that lives in every curious mind, every playful sketch, every “what if?” whispered between friends who still believe in wonder.

The name Kyndlings is a blend of two ideas:

“Kind”, the German word for child — a nod to childlike imagination, bold curiosity, and unfiltered creativity.

And “Kindling” — the first flicker that starts a fire. A symbol of ideas catching light and spreading warmth.

We are a small, independent collective of designers, illustrators, and weird little visionaries. We’re not backed by corporations or chasing trends — we’re here for the joy of making things. Things that feel fun. Things that feel real. Things that might make someone out there feel a little more seen, a little more inspired, a little more themselves.

Led by world-class designer and grounded in a love for visual design, The Kyndlings is more than a brand — it’s an ongoing experiment in freedom. The freedom to try, to fail, to be silly, to be smart. It's more than just a print on-demand company. There's a lot more to come!
